Premises: Ground floor of approx. 140 m2 of living space with an inviting entrance area with round arch. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds of 1.45 cm and 1.60 cm each ( one with bathroom ensuite ) and 2 further bathrooms with shower. A living area with terrace exit (sliding door system) and a comfortable fitted kitchen with all electric. Appliances (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) and adjoining dining area.

Equipment: Grey marbled floors, divisible roof beams and natural stone walls, double glazing, fibre optic internet line, city water, 2 baby chairs, GESA electricity. NO SAT, NO AC!!! NO built-in wardrobes. The house has thick walls that repel the heat in summer. Lots of beautiful details, which have been retained.
