SEASONAL RENTAL between the months of Sept / Oct to May / June:

Charming 1st floor apartment in Colonia San Jordi with amazing sea views.

The complex was built in 1999 and is in a very well maintained condition.

The apartment itself was renovated in 2004. Covered terrace with awning.

Premises: A small hallway leads to the apartment, where the small fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances is located immediately to the left. ( electric stove, fridge, small oven, microwave).

Further through the hallway you reach the other rooms such as the bright living-dining room with exit to the terrace ( approx. 10 m2 with awning ). This was divided with a roller blind and another cozy sleeping area was created.

There is also 1 double and 1 single bedroom with fitted wardrobes and 1 bathroom with shower.

Equipment: Light floor tiles, dark wood persianas, Gesastrom, single glazing, city water, internet with 10 Mb - expandable up to 300 Mb, satellite TV, small TV, 1 x AC/ hot cold, single glazing, washing machine, ceiling fan, electric boiler of 60l, small cellar room of approx. 5 m2. Distances: Approx. 1 m to the coast, approx. 8 km to Campos, approx. 12 km to Santanyi and approx. 50 km to Palma. The location is very central, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and the nearest beach are within walking distance.
