Premises: The brightly designed apartment of approx. 85 sqm has a hallway which leads to the living room. The living room is very bright and has an exit to the approx. 6 sqm terrace with fantastic sea views. 1 x AC, as well as a cosy stone fireplace with water-bearing pipes that heat the bedrooms and bathrooms in winter. The fitted kitchen with gas hob/electric oven, fridge and washing machine is adjacent to the living room.
To the right of the hallway, you enter the sleeping areas, where there are 2 bedrooms with bunk beds (one with built-in wardrobe), 1 master bedroom with built-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom (tub/shower, without window) and 1 separate bathroom with bathtub & shower - without window.
Features: Built in 1991, can only be rented furnished, city water, GESA electricity, WIFI internet, double glazing, 1 x AC (hot/cold) and fireplace, Spanish TV channels.

Other: No animal husbandry allowed. Rental price includes water costs, internet garbage fees as well as pool and garden maintenance. Extra: consumption of electricity and 100 E final cleaning for rentals under 3 months + 1 MM deposit. Commission depending on length of stay
The apartment is only rented from September to June - except July and August - for from 2/3 months to max. 10 months
Distances: Approx. 10 minutes to Felanitx and Cala D'or and approx. 60 km to Palma.
