To the left of the hallway there are 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (one with access to the terrace), 1 bathroom (bathtub/shower) and 1 further bathroom with shower.

The apartment is also offered for the winter months between November and March for €960 and prices for renting in the adjoining months April, May, October, September for €1,120 - 1 month deposit + electricity, final cleaning €85. Distances: To the coast approx. 50 m, to the nearest bay approx. 200 m and 58 km to Palma.
