Axel Immobilien accompanies you from the inspection to the notary appointment - and if you wish, also beyond that: Our house and finca service looks after, cares for and protects your property during your absence. We check the proper condition of the indoor and outdoor facilities including the building services and their supply on a weekly basis, air and clean the rooms, keep the garden and the pool in good condition and take care of the initiation of necessary repairs. Our dedicated team and our technical cooperation partners ensure that your finca always awaits you warmly and in the best condition. A German-speaking employee is available for you at any time on site and will be happy to take your requests. Of course, we guarantee that all work will be carried out professionally and reliably. We have been in Mallorca for over 20 years.
