Equipment: Internet of 300 MB, SAT TV, double glazing, AC ( hot - cold ), modern inventory incl. bed linen and towels, laminate floors, sofa bed for 5th person, city water, built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms.

Other: No pets allowed. Monthly payment + electricity extra and 1 MM deposit + one-time final cleaning fee. 2 months minimum stay. Commission depending on the length of stay. Rental of the remaining months possible - prices on request.
