Beautiful and modern house in the countryside with pool near Manacor.

The walled plot of about 15,000 m2 has a beautiful terrace with awning, directly adjacent to the beautiful pool of 13 x 3.5 m and surrounded by lawn, barbecue, 3 umbrellas, hammocks and enough loungers.

Rooms: The house of about 200 m2 on one level was built in 2017.

We have the entrance where on the right side there is a living-dining room with pellet stove and large windows with exit and view of the terrace and the pool. It adjoins an open plan modern fitted kitchen equipped with oven, gas hobs, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The adjoining laundry room has a washing machine.

To the left of the entrance there are 4 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes ( all with access to the outside ), 3 bathrooms with shower (one of them en suite).

Features: Grey tiled floors, double glazing, satellite TV and Spanish TV channels, pellet stove, internet access, 4 x AC ( hot - cold), solar panel light plus diesel generator, own well water, 2 heating radiators, hot water by solar panels. Furnished in an elegant style. Cot and high chair, bed linen and towels provided.

For rentals of 5 months or more, the installation of 4 AC equipment is possible.

Other: Pets are not allowed. Monthly price for the months of November - April ( October + May on request ). 1 MM deposit.  Commission according to the conditions on our terms and conditions. There are no additional costs - all inclusive - except for a one-time final cleaning fee. Weekly cleaning possible - extra.

Booking opening for the winter season: March / April or 7 / 8 months min. in advance.
