Bright first-floor apartment with many terraces in a quiet location of Cala Santanyi with partial sea view.

Outdoor area: 1 uncovered terrace from the kitchen with steps to the garden, 1 further covered terrace with partial sea view from the living-dining room and a dreamlike large roof terrace with full comfort for seating and lounging (with partial sun protection). Access from the outside stairs. Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor - behind the house. The outdoor hot-water shower and the pool of 2.50 m x 7 m can be used.

Rooms: Apartment on the 1st floor with 89 m2 living space, completely renovated in 2024.

Small entrance hallway from which the rooms are distributed: To the right - the single room with a small secretary desk - followed by 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 cm x 2 m.

To the left - 1 bathroom with shower, 1 guest toilet and the nice white fitted kitchen with a small breakfast area and terrace access and the master bedroom with double bed.

Straight ahead - the bright living-dining room.

Equipment: Light beige floor tiles, double glazing with tilt-window system, sliding door to the terrace, 2 x electric radiators, 2 electric storage heaters, 3 x air conditioning (hot-cold), electric hot water heater, fiber internet 600 Mb, built-in wardrobes, SAT TV, fly screens on all windows, bright and airy rooms, kitchen equipped with all appliances (ceramic hob and dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator). Sufficient bed linen and towels available.

Miscellaneous: Monthly payments, 1 MM deposit + advance flat rate for additional costs for electricity consumption. One-time final cleaning. Maximum rental 1.5 months. Possible to rent 01 Nov - 15 Dec and 05 Jan - 31 Mar. Agency fee depending on length of stay. Landlords also stay there from time to time - on the ground floor - however the pool and outdoor shower may be used. Non-smoking apartment and dogs not allowed. Fireplace not functional! Max. occupancy: 4 persons (incl. children).

Rental prices between November and March: for up to 2 persons 1.400 E and for 4 persons 2.000 E per month. For other months prices and availability on request. Agency fee depending on length of stay.
