I am a quiet, reliable retiree (non-smoker, no pets) and am looking from June 2026 – preferably earlier – for a permanent retirement residence in the east of Mallorca.

 (My grandchildren live in the east of Mallorca)

I am seeking a well-maintained apartment for long-term rent that I would like to use as my primary residence.



Of course I can provide proof of my creditworthiness and a secure lifelong income.



My requirements at a glance:
• - At least 2 rooms
• - Quiet location with a balcony or terrace if possible
• - Rent up to a maximum of €750 per month
• - A parking space nearby would be desirable
