We rent out our beautiful country house near Inca with approx. 100 sqm of living space. The house is located in an absolutely quiet area on a fully fenced 5,500 sqm plot.

The house has a total of 3 bedrooms with double beds (one bedroom is a walk-through room), a living room, a fitted kitchen/dining area, a large bathroom, a roof terrace with wide views of the Tramuntana and a large outdoor terrace. 2 bedrooms and the kitchen/dining area are equipped with air conditioning.
The house is equipped with a washing machine & a dishwasher and all everyday essentials. Swings as well as various children's toys (scooters, balance bikes, coloring and play items, children's books, etc.) are also available in the house.
In addition, there is fiber optic internet in the house and a furnished workspace.

The house is about a 5-minute drive from the MA-20 and Palma and Playa de Muro can be reached in less than 30 minutes. Various shopping options (Mercadona, Eroski, Aldi, Lidl, Müller) are reachable in less than 5 minutes in Inca.

The rental price depends on the number of tenants and the rental period (from 490.- per week).
Minimum rental period is 7 days.
