Conditions: Winter months between November and March 1,700 E+ electricity and actual consumption is paid. 1 MM deposit and a 1 x monthly intermediate cleaning + final cleaning extra. Minimum rental 2 months

Prices for the months of October and April afterwards 2,700 €.

Other: non-smoking house, no pets allowed, monthly payment. Commission depending on length of stay.

Distances: The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the harbour ( approx. 25 m ), to Campos approx. 12 km and to Palma approx. 52km. Good location and in Colonia everything can be found in terms of services and beaches.
