Large and bright apartment with terrace in 1.  Floor without elevator in Porto Colom.

The apartment has a large covered terrace of approx. 30 m2 with views of the street and mountains facing south. Furthermore, a small balcony with washing machine and view of the harbor.

The house has only 2 other units with an entrance area with garden

Premises: The apartment built in 2000 in 1. Etgage measures 82 m2 of living space.  and has a bright living-dining room with terrace access, 3 bedrooms (1 x with double bed and 2 x with single beds) and fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower (one of them with hydromassage).

The large and brown fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric oven, combi fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, water heater, toaster and various utensils for cooking.
There are plenty of cupboards, workspace and a dining or breakfast table available. 

Equipment: TV with Spanish channels, large windows, bright rooms, light ceramic floors, wooden windows, double glazing, gas central heating in all rooms, electric hot water boiler of 100 l, washing machine. Fully furnished in Mallorcan style. Internet optional 40 e monthly.
