Winter offer between November and 20 March: 

Finca in a wooded and quiet location with air conditioning and fireplace near Sencelles.

Outside: The plot measures 4270 m2 which is fenced and has a manual entrance gate. The house is located in a wooded area and the garden therefore offers some shady spots. Outdoor shower, outdoor washing machine room, parking, pool of 10 x 5 m and has enough loungers around it.  A large, covered front terrace and a roof terrace with a great view.

Premises: The 2 storey house with approx. 120 m2 of living space from 1963 and renovated in 2020 offers: 

An entrance area which leads into the living-dining room with fireplace and terrace access and adjoining a fitted kitchen with all electrical household appliances including dishwasher.

3 bedrooms ( 2 x 2 single beds and 1 x double bed of 1.50 m ) with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms with showers.

Equipment: normal glazing, Internet of 14 Mb, SAT TV, 5 x AC /( hot - cold ), 2 electric heating radiators, built-in wardrobes, closed fireplace, electric hot water boiler of 80l, exposed roof beams, Gesastrom, city water. Normal mallorqiun furnished incl. bed linen and towels. 

Other: Monthly rent payment + utilities, 1 MM deposit. 2 months minimum stay. Animal husbandry allowed - by arrangement.  Commission depending on length of stay.

Distances: To Palma approx. 30 km, to Sencelles approx. 3 km and to the coast approx. 35 km.  Good location as you can quickly get to Palma and the coast.
