Rooms: The ground-floor apartment of approx. 80 m2 living area was built in 2009 and has a living/dining room with access to the terrace/garden, a separate modern fitted kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and microwave and a small utility room with washing machine with access to a small courtyard. The two bathrooms (one en-suite) have shower and bathtub. The two bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and AC (hot-cold).
